"The dance today is the Viennese Waltz (Originally from the Austrian or German area). The special occasion dance with a rhythm a little faster than usual. Still a Waltz, but in reality what we know as Waltz is slower (Ok, they have the same last name but actually they are, dance wise, very different. Trust me on this one). Still, this a beautiful song, by any means enjoy it. And as you may realize by now, practice makes perfect, so, the more you practice the better you get (and slimmer, btw), and then, after a while, it becomes permanent (give or take a few practices). Disclaimer: First and foremost, learn from somebody who actually knows what they are doing, because you can make "wrong" permanent too (that was the fine print). So plan on coming to the "Practice Party" this coming Friday. We are actually a fun group. It'll be a great time and definitely benefit you."

Right now we are taken new students based only on time available (the group classes are still good, not better but still good, meaning you get better attention on a private session). Call now to schedule appointments for the Fall and Winter seasons before we get all booked up. Don't say we didn't warn you. Please, plan ahead.

New Beginners Classes every Wednesday @ 8pm at the ballroom & Saturdays @ 12 noon at Pilates of Collierville ......

The University of Memphis has suspended the extra curricular classes previously offered through their Continuing Education program. Currently, only business classes are offered. Please help us reinstate these classes by calling and insisting on them being offered. Thanks for your support.
